The past few years have been overshadowed by one chaotic event followed by another. It can feel like you are just coming up for air and another sizeable wave threatens to dump you asunder. Perhaps you try to understand current world conflicts, to decipher who’s side you should be on, and then maybe, who you might make a donation to. I am not here to talk you out of financially supporting others in war time. One can only imagine the challenges faced and the losses that people will suffer now and in future with ensuing intergenerational trauma. I am, however, here to share another way you can support your fellow humanity.

I want to preface that everything is energy. This is not me just being a spiritual hippie. Einstein who is possibly most famous for his equation E =mc2, understood this. Dr Minford explained that the E represented energy, c was used for light (another form of energy) and m meaning mass was a method of bearing energy because matter consists of space and particles that vibrate (Universal Science, n.d., para. 7). Even scientists agree that “everything is energy” as Dr Minford also states. 

We aware that love is also energy. In my experiences of channeling Source for over a decade, love is the highest form of energy. It is the frequency that angels exist within and will thus leave them utterly bewildered with the gamut of human expression, actions and emotions if choosing a human experience. This I talk of from experience having channeled for a handful of angels who are literally living on planet earth with us as people to better understand us. Alas, I digress.

Love is the highest form of energy. Everything is energy. If I live my life with my heart open, guiding me, leading my words and my actions you will feel this. It does not mean that I am perfect, for I am not. Importantly though, you will feel this energy from me. Many of you have felt this when I am channeling for you, guiding a meditation, or running a workshop or sound healing. In those moments, I am closest to Source and freely open to that Divine love to flow through me. But I am not special, well, no more special than you. For Source will always express that every single being and aspect of nature is precious. As it is. We are each the divine in human form, equal in importance, equally loved. Therefore, we have the capacity to feel love, offer and send this to others.

So when you ask what can you do to help? I will answer to you: be love and send love.

This starts first with yourself. How can you be more loving towards yourself? Even in this very now as you read this article. Please pause.

Next, how can you be more loving in your immediate environment? What is one grievance you can forgive? Who is one person you could be more patient or kind towards? Already, you are spreading more love to the world of humanity.

Now, let us go global. When we choose to emit more love to the world, whether specifically to a region or at large, this has an impact. If we multiply this love by collaborating together to send more love, the intention is enhanced. You could say the units of energy increase and therefore the impact will also.

There will always be those who do not resonate and this is ok. The power of prayer has also been misunderstood by science in the past. Yet, Chat et al. in 2011 conducted a study on infertile women in South Korea aged 26-46 that were divided into a control group and others were prayed for by prayer groups in the Australia, the US and Canada, without any knowing they were in the study, and the rate of pregnancy for prayer recipients almost doubled (Andrade & Radhakrishnan, 2009, p. 249).

I am not here to convince you of how prayer, meditation and sending love energy can heal and transform ourselves and our world.
